Here are the elements for Days Gone By.. There is a little bit of everything in here, so don't be fooled by the preview.. These can help you go the extra yard to make your page really heritage-y, or you can not do heritage at all as well... Have fun with them, and let me know what you think!

New Kit & Some News

First of all... I don't know if any of you have been to Ahhh Scrap! lately, but if you scroll down about half-way on the right side, you'll notice some changes.. That's right - my pretty little mug is listed under the heading "CT Team". Isn't that great! I'm VERY excited about it, and am already having a ton of fun! Now, some of you may be asking, "Why aren't you designing instead?" And to you, I say: "I already design for my blog, I need some motivation to actually scrapbook some pages, otherwise it will never get done!" LOL ;) .. So there you have it, some exciting news for the day.... And here is the first LO I did for them (that's me and my sweet hubby before we were married 4 years ago):

It's a kit called Boho Bliss from a very talented designer, WM[squared]. You can get it HERE.

Now - on to promoting my own products... ;) This is the kit I made for Lori, who won the "clicking contest" a while back. She requested a grungy heritage kit and sent me a color palette. I'm really quite pleased with how it turned out - it's not what I expected, but I do like it. It's sort of grungy/vintage/floral-y... I hope you like it, too!

Paper Embellishments

These are something a little different for me, but I thought they would be fun... I've used papers from this kit and created templates of different Halloween shapes.. I've included all the samples you see below, as well as the PSD files for each of the shapes so you can create your own very custom pieces. I hope you like! :)

Ok - so for the second time, now, Digifree has picked up Nicole's previews from my blog instead of my previews... So silly - I've never had this problem before when I link to other people's blogs.... So, you'll need to use the links in this paragraph to get to her part of the kit, or you can also use the blinky in the right sidebar... (Hopefully keeping the link as far away from the picture as possible will do the trick.)

My next contribution to our collab is a glitter pack... Lots of splats and drips, as well as a few clusters and shapes.. Let me know what you think - it was really fun to put together, so I'd love to hear some feedback if I should keep doing these...

Fright~Nites Collab

It's finally here! YAY!! I know it's not Monday, yet, but Nicole and I decided to give you "regulars" a special treat and let you have your first installments early... like a midnight movie, if you will... ;)

I realize it's not even October yet, so a Halloween kit may seem a bit early, but - in my defense - at least it's not the CHRISTMAS kits I've seen floating around lately... or the trees and other "stuff" up for sale at my local bulk warehouse store... Goll-LY! Next thing you know, instead of "end-of-the-season" sales in January, they'll be having "get-a-head-start-on-next-year" sales in January!

FR Elements

Some of you "regulars" may notice that this element pack is larger than most. Because of the TOU's of some of the CU items I used, I couldn't break it up into smaller parts (i.e. a ribbon pack, and a button pack and a flower pack, etc.) However, don't feel like you're missing out, because you're not! There is some really great stuff in here.

And now I need to give snaps to Deb, the Scrappin Cop. This kit - and especially this element pack - would not have been possible without her tireless efforts, countless time spent, and unequaled talent! Every button and flower in this kit was personally photographed and extracted by her. (The preview does not do them justice). She also provided several of the overlays as well as the paisley brushes used on the paisley paper. These were all commercial use items that she does not charge for, so please stop by her blog and leave her some love!

Floral Reminiscance

I don't even remember what sparked the memory, but a while back I thought about visiting my grandma when I was little and the thing I remember most about her house is that she had the most beautiful - and huge {to a 5-year-old} - lilac bushes on the side of her house. They always smelled so pretty and looked so soft and fluffy I just couldn't get enough of them... So that is the inspiration for this kit. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoyed making it!

Apologies and a Sneak Peek

Hello all - I know it's been ages since I last posted, and I've been promising great things with my new kit... Well, the little one has been sick for about a week now, so I haven't been able to work as much as I would have liked... But, I've pretty much wrapped this one up, and I'm just waiting on some CU permissions so I know what I can and can't include... Hopefully I'll get it all worked out by tomorrow... until then, a little preview.... Hope you like! ;)

Hey there! I'm glad everyone seems to be enjoying the CC collab... I've noticed a spike in downloads of Cottage by the Sea due to all the new visitors, so as a welcome "gift" I am keeping this kit as a freebie until the end of the week - rather than the end of today. Enjoy!

And also - some very exciting news! I will be working on another collab kit - not with 55 other designers - only one. And her name is Nicole. She is very talented, and I have admired her work ever since I discovered her a few short weeks ago. Our styles are very similar, so this should be a really great kit!
