Mixed Matters @ ScrapMatters

It's Mixed Matters time at ScrapMatters - yay!  I love this promotion so much!  If you're not familiar with it, four designers are teamed up to create grab bags that you can purchase with low financial risk to help you become familiar with designers you don't normally purchase, OR just get a screaming deal from people you already know and love.. ;).. Summer wouldn't be complete without a chance to soak up the sun and frolic in the water.  Share your memories with Water Play - be it poolside, squirting around with your water gun, or a plain old bucket from the backyard!  My CT got this just over 12 hours ago, so I don't have quite as many CT pages for it..
