Sneak Peek 4/14

Share
Hello Everyone! I hope you're all having a fantastic week so far. I'm here this week with another sneak peek of a GORGEOUS new kit that Amber will be releasing on Friday. Amber has teamed up with Britt-ish Designs over at Scrap Matters to bring you this week's theatre themed kit.

Here's a little factoid for you... Both Amber and Britt have a background in the theatre - Amber has done some acting, stage management and box office management and Britt has done some costume designing - pretty neat huh?

This week I want to know what is your favorite play or show that you have seen either on the stage or the movie version. I have several favorites, Cats, Chicago and Phantom of the Opera are just a few. Leave a comment here with your favorite play and one random winner will receive this fantastic kit for FREE!! So come on.. leave a comment!

Amber will be here on Friday with the kit reveal and the winner!

Have a great rest of the week!

~ Kate

OOO.. I would have to say Wicked!! It was awesome- I loved the music, story line and it was funny in parts too. Perfect!! The kit looks great, can't wait to see it!

PHANTOM!!! I also really enjoyed watching one our high school put on called "Arsenic and Old Lace." I was friends with both the "old ladies" and they were the sweetest girls ever, so seeing them "poison" someone made this comedy even funnier!

I would have to say Sound of Music. My grandkids are now learning the music for it!

Of the shows I have personally seen live, I would have to say the most exciting was The King and I, I saw it as a young girl with Yul Brynner! lucky me!

We had the opportunity to see Les Miserables in Boston while we lived in New England! Definitely an all time favorite of mine! The music, story, actually the whole production was amazing!

I haven't gone to any Broadway shows, but our local theater (Carrollwood Players) does a wonderful job. I loved the production of "It's a Wonderful Life"!

One day, I'd love to see a Broadway Play though.

My husband surprised me one year for Christmas with tickets to "Les Mis." I'd always wanted to see it, and it was such an awesome night. I'm taking my daughter to see "Beauty and the Beast Live Onstage" next weekend and am so excited. Thanks for the chance to win!

I LOVE the newer Phantom movie (with Gerard Butler as the Phantom). So good! It doesn't hurt that my husband plays and sings the music on our piano, so sexy!

I have yet to see a Broadway play, but would definitely jump at the chance to go to one. Out of the ones I've seen locally I'd have to say my favorite was Annie.

"Arsenic and Old Lace" is hands down my favorite play of all time! Although I love musicals, this play is hard to beat.

Oooh! Can't wait to see the kit! Phantom is one of my favs!!! I get chills just thinking about it! I would see it again and again if I could! I loved seeing the Sound of Music on stage when I was younger! Marie Osmond played Maria, and actually twisted her ankle during the storm/ bedroom scene! Gotta love the theatre! Anything can happen!

Thanks for the chance to win!
