Someone To LoveI'm so sorry! I totally forgot that I needed to make this post! Anyhow... Kathy, one of my CT members, made a suggestion/request a while back that I do an adoption kit. And well, here it is! I have to say a public "thank you" to Kathy for this one.. She really helped me out as far as what would be appropriate to include, ideas for different elements, and she even came up with a super-cute alpha.. AND she'll have an add-on to the kit later in the week, so be sure to check back for that... Anyway - here you go:

Thank you for another beautiful kit!! I loved the saying on the set of papers, they were very sweet and of course all the papers were beautiful and I love the colors and patterns that you used.
I'm a birthmom in an open adoption and think I will use this kit (which is beautiful by the way!!) in the brag book I take with me when I speak to hopeful adoptive parents, birthmothers, adoption professionals, etc... Paired with my favorite birthmom related word art, it's gonna be great!

Amber, thank you so much for this kit. As soon as I saw your story as to what the kit was about I started to cry. It is so strange how God works, I am an adoptive mother. We adopted our son in June 2007. I had been given a kit to use as part of a creative team I am on. I didn't have any pictures that truly went with the kit and thought my adoption pics would look great with it. So I created a LO (you can check it out on my blog http://thescrappinsunflower.blogspot.com/ if you would like.) Anyway, also on Monday my sister finalized the adoption of their little boy. The timing of all this has just really struck a joyous cord in my heart! Thank you so much!
